Certification
The training also includes an opportunity to certify as a board member. This means that after completing the training you take an exam. The certificate is digital and can be shared on social channels or printed.

The content of the training and the certification are approved by ecoDa, the European Confederation of Directors Associations.

About the teacher

Agneta Franksson has more than 20 years of experience in roles as business and product developer. The industries in which she has been professionally active have included Life Science, Medical Technology, Healthcare Services, Energy, Telecom and IT.

Since 2012, she has worked on some 20 different boards, mainly as chairman of the board. She has worked on behalf of Almi Invest and Industrifonden, as chairman of the board of their portfolio companies. Agneta has also worked as chairman of a listed company. In 2016, as chairman of the board of a Malmö-based company, she became the winner of this year’s Supergasell Prize (Dagens Industri).
