Managing change is often difficult. We adapt to change in different ways, depending on our personalities. This morning we will learn more about these personalities and what we can do to achieve success in our journey of transformation.

We will talk about:

• Why as a successful organization we still need to change?
• How to communicate the change in a sustainable way.
• How to help stakeholders and employees understand the need for change.
• How to create big changes by creating small new habits in the organization.

Our guest speaker this morning will be Alireza Koozad one of the shining stars at Hetch, a tech hub in Helsingborg, helping startups and companies towards exponential growth. He comes from a teaching background and is experienced in e-learning and Digital Communication, Consulting and Team building. He has been working in this field for more than 10 years. He is also an MBTI (Myers Bridge) Step I and Step II certified practitioner. He has worked with some large and small companies such as McKinsey, Ikea, Mad Academy, Lindab Innovation Hub.
